She thrives on infusing operational excellence into impact focused companIes and has spent the past 12+ years building ops teams across the globe while keeping them heart-centered and world-class. Her superpower is her ability to take complex business challenges and design actionable solutions that create real and lasting change. Most recently, La Keisha stepped into the seat of Chairwoman of an international media company, after being the same company’s CEO for many years and before that its COO.

Her genuine passion and curiosity about the world coupled with her deep sense of empathy allow her to support, elevate, and empower the founders she sits next to. As an executive and board-level advisor, she draws on out-of-the-box thinking paired with compassion, bravery, and candor. Azin is an enthusiastic and intuitive educator, often finding herself in intimate conversations with strangers or close peers, uncovering their full potential and accelerating their growth through listening, empathy and curiosity. Having lived various lives herself, Azin knows that the pathways to fulfillment and purposeful impact are infinite. She is dedicated to providing women the knowledge to be financially sovereign.

Gary
Fraser
Dr. Gary Fraser is currently Associate Dean of the Full Time MBA Program at the UCLA Anderson School of Management and an Adjunct Professor at New York University’s Stern School of Business where he previously served as Associate Dean for Diversity and Inclusion from 2019-2022.
In addition, Dr. Fraser has held previous positions in brand management at the Hanes Corporation, the Dr. Pepper/Snapple Group, and Mondelez International. In 2011, he received his Ed.D. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education.
He has worked with Credit Suisse, UBS, TIAA, Harvard Business Publishing, Pearson Education and other organizations on developing leaders and more effectively embracing diversity for better organizational outcomes.
Senofer
Mendoza
Senofer Mendoza is a founder and General Partner of Mendoza Ventures, a Boston-based pre-seed Fintech, AI, and Cybersecurity venture capital firm. After having a career in enterprise sales and hospitality design, she began Mendoza Ventures to address the growing funding gap in the pre-seed investment stage. The firm was launched in January of 2016 and invests internationally in the Cybersecurity, AI, and Fintech space.
She is a published author, innovator, and thought leader in the technology, startup, and VC space with a passion for equity and diversity.
Kaitlyn
Tregenza
Kait has a background in early-stage VC with focus on climate, sustainability and her own investment in female health across the US, UK, EU, Australia and New Zealand. Kait is now focused on female health and sexual health companies. Kait is deeply focused on improving the lives, health, and opportunities for women, and is enthusiastic about Emmeline’s role in that space.
Her strategic approach is rooted in wisdom learned while living in five different countries in five different languages. She believes that radical change comes from empowering, emboldening and allowing the unreasonable and unconventional to be who they are here to be.
